Shipping Policy
In an effort to be environmentally responsible, I use recycled or recyclable packaging to ship your order.
I aim to ship all pre-made orders within two full working days using Royal Mail. I endeavour to finish and ship custom orders within 10 working days but please be aware that, during busy periods, I may not be able to achieve this. In this case, I will contact you directly to keep you updated.
I currently only ship within the UK. If you would like to arrange for an item to be shipped abroad, please contact me prior to making your purchase.

I am happy to accept collections from people living locally to Clevedon in
North Somerset.
Return & Exchange Policy
I endeavour to ensure that my products are made to the highest standards and I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, I can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided you contact me within two days of delivery and they are returned to me within 14 days in unused and resaleable condition.

Please note that I am not responsible for return shipping costs.

I recommend that return items are well packaged and sent with a trackable, insured service as I cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in return transit.

In the event that you would like a refund, you will be refunded the full amount that you paid for the item less the cost of shipping. Should the item be returned because it is defective, you will receive a full refund including standard shipping. I cannot remburse the costs of express delivery if this was selected when you made your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: I am unable to offer refunds on custom orders due to the bespoke nature of the item, unless it is defective.

Please use the Contact page to request your return/exchange, stating your reason. You will then receive an email informing you that I have received your return request and giving you details of how and where to return your item.
